Salvia microphylla 'Flare'

Small bushy shrub, 60cm high, with bright pink flowers for most of the year which appear either side of a dark stem in simple clusters at the end of the flowering stem, Flowers  are held above the mid-green foliage to attract passing insects. Sunny, well-drained position. Hardy in summer heat and winter cold; moderate frost tolerance. Responds well to pruning.
